Despite being planted in cold, dark soil, seeds bloom defiantly and miraculously. They render us speechless with their unique beauty and although fragile, they are never weak. Their beauty was born of resilience, deep empowerment, and a refusal to let the darkest parts of their past blow them away from their purpose. Finding our beauty within and blooming alongside of it is what transforms us, and that is why I created this painting. We must remember to make room to find our beauty and bloom.
