When will my original arrive?

It is an honor to ship my artwork to you! Having an original painting in your home will transform your environment and enchant you daily.

Depending on when the original was finished, it may take a few days (up to a couple of weeks) for it to be fully cured and ready to ship.  Paintings are usually shipped out about a week (up to 7 business days) after your order was placed. However, if your painting needs more time to cure, I will reach out to you and communicate the appropriate timeline. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. 

Please note that shipping companies always slow down around holiday periods. Please plan accordingly to ensure you receive your item when you most desire. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final sales. However, if your painting, print, or other item arrived damaged, please contact me at rachel@rachelingrid.com with a picture(s) of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your item to be eligible for a resolution.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide. Please be aware that Rachel Ingrid Art is not responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import fees, or other duties/taxes that your country's laws require and may charge you upon delivery. If you're unsure, please inquire with your country's policies regarding this in order to avoid any confusion. 

How do I purchase a painting?

Simply click "Add to cart", and when you are done shopping, you can checkout by either clicking on "Check Out" or by clicking the icon in the upper right hand corner that looks like a little shopping bag.  Shipping costs are currently INCLUDED in the price; once you add your address at checkout, you will see a coupon for FREE SHIPPING be applied. 

What about shipping costs?

For now, shipping costs are included in the price and there is no additional shipping charge. Upon checkout, after putting in your delivery address, you will see a FREE SHIPPING coupon automatically apply.  You can reach me at rachel@rachelingrid.com for any additional questions. 

Does anything come with the painting?

Every single original artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity and a couple of personal touches to make each delivery truly special for you.
